Chizoma received a Master's degree in Organizational Communications, graduating summa cum laude, awarded Highest Distinction for her thesis which focused on women, confidence, conflict and consumership. Chizoma speaks, coaches, and researches on self-esteem, confidence, community change, intrapersonal and interpersonal communication, organizational communication, conflict mediation and resolution. In addition, Chizoma has a Bachelor's degree in Media Arts Studies with an emphases in film directing and production. Chizoma has written, produced, directed and edited various films.
As a former model and actress, Chizoma has taught acting, modeling, character formation, self-confidence, public speaking, image, and self-esteem classes and workshops to children and adults in California, Arizona, Washington DC and several other states. Clients, students, and colleagues seek her knowledge and advice on confidence and self-esteem matters, public speaking strategies and tools, interview success, relationship situations, and personal appearance topics, . Chizoma has been featured in several radio shows and has been the keynote speaker for several seminars, confidence workshops, and events.
Chizoma has over 15 years of experience in writing including a background in screen writing, stage, and social media. As an entrepreneur, Chizoma founded Esteem Yourself E-magazine and other sister companies, including Esteem Yourself Organization, a women's service project based organization. She also founded a self-esteem, confidence and acting training studio for children and has several other businesses in media arts and style and fashion. As a woman she knows the many demands upon the modern day women of today. Her passion is to tackle the issues that we face today and help corporations and individuals obtain a satisfying, loving, positive, and esteemed life.
